More Snow...

This suit makes her look huge but it was a little big on her :)
She thought the suit and laying in the snow was funny.

More snow off the back porch

Daddy and Parker

So the post before this one was just the beginning of the snow. We got lots--like 4-5 inches I think. I have been snowed in since the beginning on Friday. We live up a big hill and I didn't want to risk having to walk up it with Parker in her carrier :) so we have stayed home. Here are a few pictures of Parker in the snow. Since she isn't real mobile its just of her laying there but in a cute lion snow suit.

Another veiw out the back of the house

Snowing!!

I love snow! I think it is beautiful and I hope that the news people are right and we get like 3-6 inches! I took a few pictures this morning but it's still snowing and hopefully we will get more.

We sold our house!

Our 1st House once we got married

Our house now that we just sold---this is a picture where we were still trying to finish it up but I apparently do not have a picture of the final product--guess I need to go take one.

So we sold our house as long as everything goes through okay. We have to be out on my birthday but thats not until April. We aren't sure where we are going just yet but hopefully we will be able to find the perfect "fixer upper." I think this is going to be my life since that is what Stewart's work is. We have been here about 2 1/2 years and it will be a little hard to leave since this is where we brought Parker home to and this is the first house Stewart has built us but hopefully not the last :)

4 months

We had our 4 month doctor's visit this week and everything is looking good. Parker is 25 inches long (80th Percentile), 14 lbs 6 ounces (75th percentile) and her head is in the 40th percentile. She is a good eater. The doctor said we could start her on rice ceral in teh next couple of months but I haven't ventured into that just yet.

At 4 months Parker is:
grabbing for things
laying only on her back still--really hates tummy time
laughing
smiling lots
looking for attention at all times
beginning to sit in her Bumbo seat for short times through out the day
really intersted in setting up and looking at all that is going on
LOVES watching TV--doesn't matter what it is
loves being naked
loves the changing table
is sleeping through the night most of the time
Feeding about 6 times a day
Just started taking naps in her bed during the day but only short 30-45 min. naps 3 times a day
Is beginning to get an attitude and can throw a fit if need be :)
She is a very sweet and good baby. My mom keeps telling me how blessed I am and I know that. God has been great to us and we thank him everyday for all his blessings!

1st trip

This past weekend Parker and I went to the Orange Beach, AL area with my family. Unfortunatly, Stewart had to work. We went down with my mom, dad and my sister and her husband came down a little later. It wasn't very good weather and we could only go on the beach the day we left. It was either too cold or raining the rest of the time. We had a good time eating and visiting though. Below are some pictures from the long weekend.

Pop and Parker

We made it though our 1st Christmas with Parker. We went from Nashville, to Memphis to Hopkinsville, to Sturgis KY all in 5 days. I wish I had a picture of the car because we had to take a LOT of stuff to keep all entertained but we made it. We were all exhausted when we finally got home. Here are some pictures.

Finally gave in...

1st picture right after birth

So I have been debating starting a blog since Parker's birth and have just now decided to give in so that family and friends can see what we are up to and pictures. I am typically not good at this kind of thing but I'm going to give it a shot.
I am married to the best man I have ever known. He is so sweet to me and has always treated me like a princess. We have been married 4 1/2 years. He and Josh Bellville own Stone Oak Builders (http://www.stoneoakbuilders.com/) and do custom home building and remodeling. I am notw a "stay at home" mom--although my car insurance has me listed as retired now :) In Septmber we welcomed a bueatiful healthy baby girl. She was about about 2 1/2 weeks early and only weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz. Needless to say she was quite a bit smaller than I thought she would be. I ended up having to have a c-section becuase she out grew her placenta (those like me who had no idea what that meant--it meant basically she wasn't getting enough to eat). Who knew... and since that time our lives have drastcally changed. Everyone kept asking if we were ready and I would say as much as I can be but I really was not ready. All of you that have kids know but now Stewart and I's world revolves around Parker. We love it and wouldn't change it for the world.

I am not going to update everything we have done since her birth but I'll hit the highlights. We had our first Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Christmas we travled all of KY and TN and she did GREAT! Here are some pictures from the past 4 months...
